Why is some data not available in my region?

Map layer data such as building consents, flood risk, and storm water is sourced from local councils and regional authorities. Availability depends on whether that data has been released publicly and integrated into Relab. Coverage expands as new sources become available.

Will coverage improve over time?

Yes. Relab continues to add new data sources and expand coverage across regions. Check back or contact support if you need data for a specific area.

What does HNZ Properties mean?

HNZ Properties shows the locations of Housing New Zealand (Kainga Ora) properties on the map overlay.

Is sales and title data available everywhere?

Yes. Sales, listing, and title data is available nationwide across all New Zealand locations.
