Finding Your Downloaded Reports in the Document Centre

The Document Centre keeps every CMA and report you've generated in one searchable archive, so you can re-download a document without regenerating it.

How to find a document

1. Click the waffle icon (App Launcher) in the top right of your screen

2. Select Docs

3. Type the property address in the search bar and click Search

4. Click the address in the results to open the document

Each result shows the address, the document type (such as CMA), and the exact date and time it was generated.

How documents get here

Whenever you download a CMA from the CMA Editor, a copy is saved to the Document Centre automatically. If you close the download window before it finishes, you'll receive an email with the download link, and the document will still be waiting for you in the Document Centre.

If you've downloaded the same property's CMA more than once, each version appears as its own row — useful for keeping a record of what was presented to a vendor on a particular date.

What's the difference between the Document Centre and the CMA Centre?

The CMA Centre holds your saved CMAs, which you can reopen and continue editing at any time. The Document Centre holds the finished PDF documents you've generated — a record of what was actually downloaded, and when.

Can I resend an old CMA to a vendor?

Yes. Search the address in the Document Centre, open the PDF, and share it — no need to regenerate the report. If you'd rather send an updated version, reopen the CMA in the CMA Centre, make your changes, and download again.
