Download your CMA to your device or create a shareable link that clients can view on any device.
How to share your CMA with a link
Sharing via the Digital CMA link lets you track when your client opens the report, how many times they've viewed it, and the exact date and time of each view.
Open your CMA in the CMA Editor and click Digital CMA in the upper right corner
A popup appears showing any existing shares for this CMA. Click Create New to create a new share link
Enter your client's name and email address (phone number is optional)
Click Create Share to generate the link
Click the Copy button next to the newly created share link
Send the link to your client via text, email, or any messaging app
Once your client opens the link, you will receive an email notification. You can also view the timestamp, date, and number of times they've opened the CMA in the Existing Shares list under Digital CMA.
How to download the CMA as a PDF
Open your CMA in the CMA Editor
Click Download CMA at the top of the screen — the PDF saves automatically to your downloads folder
To share a link to the PDF instead, click Copy PDF link from the same menu and send that link to your client
Note: The Copy PDF link opens the CMA as a PDF when accessed, but does not include any tracking. If you want to know when your client views the report, use the Digital CMA link instead.
Managing your share links
Click Digital CMA in the upper right corner of any CMA to view all previously created links in the Existing Shares list. Copy any link to send it again.

My CMA file is too large to email. How can I reduce the file size?
Most CMAs should be around 6MB or less. Large files happen when high-resolution images are uploaded to the template. Use a free online PDF compressor to reduce the file size without replacing your images.
Can I create multiple share links for the same CMA?
Yes, create as many links as you need. Each link appears in the Existing Shares list where you can copy it anytime.
Do share links expire?
No, share links remain active indefinitely so clients can access the CMA anytime.
How do I find a share link I created previously?
Click Digital CMA in the upper right corner of your CMA. All your share links appear in the Existing Shares list with a Copy button next to each one.
What's the difference between the Digital CMA link and the PDF link?
The Digital CMA link opens an interactive version of your CMA and notifies you when the client views it, including timestamps and view counts. The PDF link opens a static PDF and does not include any tracking.
