Export a List of Comparable Properties
Export comparable sales and listings from your CMA search results as a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.
How to export comparable properties from CMA
You can export your comparable search results directly from the Select Comparables screen. The export will only include the comparables you have selected, so make sure you've selected everything you want before exporting.
Open the Select Comparables screen from your CMA and apply filters to find relevant sales or listings
If there are more results than currently showing, scroll to the bottom of the list and click Load more results to load all available comparables before selecting
Select the comparables you want to include by clicking the checkbox on each property card, or use Quick Select to add the first 5 or 10 results
Once at least one comparable is selected, the Export button will become active. Click Export to download a CSV file of the selected properties
What's included in the export
The CSV file includes:
Property details: Address, suburb, city
Title information: Title type (freehold, cross lease, etc.)
Valuation data: Council valuation, improvement value, land value
Sale information: Sale method (deadline, auction), listing date
Property features: Bedrooms, bathrooms, land area, build year

What's the maximum number of properties I can export from CMA?
There's no specified limit for CMA comparable exports. For bulk exports beyond your search results, use Relab Premium which allows up to 800 properties per export.
Can I export property owner names?
Due to privacy regulations, owner names cannot be included in bulk exports. To view ownership information, you need to search individual properties.
Why is the Export button greyed out?
The Export button is only active once you have selected at least one comparable. Click the checkbox on a property card to select it and the button will become available.
