Share a CMA Report

To share a CMA, you can download it to your device or copy a PDF link. 

1. First, create or open your CMA document in the CMA Design Studio.
2. Click the Download CMA button at the top of the screen.
3. You'll then have the option to download or copy the PDF link.
4. Click the Copy PDF Link to copy the link or Download to download the file.
5. The CMA document link will also be sent to your email.
6. You can share the CMA PDF link via text, email, or copy and paste it into your CMA notes for easy access.

The shareable CMA PDF link is perfect for clients who struggle to download large files via email or send them via text, so clients can view your appraisal on their mobile.

The average CMA should be ~6MB or less. This is likely because they have uploaded high-res images into the PDF or CMA template. A free online PDF compressor will do the trick if you don’t want to use lower-res images.
