Search for Development Sites

⚠️ You must have access to the Relab Premium Plan to search for development sites. Most development filters currently available in Auckland only.

How to search for Development Sites using Relab Premium

1. Open Relab Premium (Waffle icon on  home page)
2. Choose your search method
3. Apply development filters in the left panel your results will update automatically as you apply filters. 
4. Next save your search or export it.

All filters are located in the left panel. Look for these categories:

Essential Filters:

Land → 

• Land title: e.g., Freehold
• Land area: e.g., 800m² – 5,000m²+
• Zoning: Target zones with development potential
   

Additional filters

Development filters will vary depending on your budget and development strategy. 

Property Details → 

• Building age: Focus on older properties

Land →

• Wastewater: Properties with wastewater connection
• Stormwater: Properties with stormwater connection
• Exclude flooding: Remove flood-prone properties
• Exclude severe fall and rise: Remove properties with challenging topography

🔥 Hot Tip: Filters show properties with these features anywhere within the boundary. Some sites may still be developable despite partial constraints. (e.g., sites with limited flooding areas or properties near infrastructure connections that remain financially viable.
