CV Map

How to view Council Value (CV)

Click the CV Overlay button on the top of the map to view Council Valuation data. The value displays the current council rating valuation and a percentage, representing how the current CV relates to the previous CV. Decreasing values are pink, and increasing values are green. 

 

🔥 Hot tip - If you zoom out you will see changes in cv at suburb level. Darker pink areas are areas with decreasing CV values

Where can I see CVs on the map?
Currently our CVs Overlay on map view is only available in Auckland.
