0:00 Hey, I'm Katie from Relab. And today I'm going to show you how our search functionality works in Relab. From the home screen, there are three common search functions.
0:12 Address, street, and ownership. Let's start with ownership. ability to search for an owner or a company.
0:22 This is going to give me variations in the owner that I search for, but once I've found the correct owner, I can click on them to see the properties that they own.
0:35 uh, this includes properties with other individuals or as a company. also worth mentioning that you can search for companies. This will allow you to find companies that own property.
0:50 Under the company itself, I can see the directors, shareholders, and any other properties that they own. I'll also find a direct link to the company's office here.
1:01 The next is our street search. You can do this two ways, by keyword or by selecting a street. We need to select the region, the district, and the suburb.
1:17 Then we're going to get a list of streets in the area. Once we've selected a few of the streets that we want to review, we can look at the advanced search options as well.
1:30 This means searching for keywords, including the owner's name. number of bedrooms, last sale date, minimum CV, max sold, etc. You're welcome to export this list as well with a maximum of 400 exports per day.
1:46 If you know the street that you're looking for, you can use the keyword search as well. You do still need to input the region and the district, uh, and then put in the specific street that you're looking for.
1:59 This is a great option for prospecting, but do note that with the keyword search, you don't have the filters that like we do in the previous one.
2:08 The last, and probably most popular, is our address search. This is pretty intuitive. We're just going to chuck an address into the search.
2:16 is the ability to search by suburb, school, title, or legal description, if you know that information. Once you've searched the address, you'll see the map on the left and the property detail panel on the right.
2:29 We're going to go into both of these in future videos. We'll see you soon. Have an awesome day.
