How to use the Property Summary Report

  1. Search a property address
  2. Click the REPORTS drop-down button
  3. Select Property Summary Report
  4. In the pop-up window:
    1. Check the Free Property Summary Report checkbox
    2. Click Customise Report
  5. Enter customer information (Step 1):
    1. Add your personal and company details
    2. Include contact information
    3. Create an optional introductory page
    4. Upload your company logo (if desired)
  6. Customise report sections (Step 2):
    1. Select the information most relevant to your client's needs
  7. Enter valuation ranges (Step 3):
    1. Set your preferred property and rental valuation ranges
  8. Download the report
