How to add comments to comparable sales and listings

1. Open your CMA from the CMA Centre
2. Scroll to the Nearby Sales or Nearby Listings page
3. Hover over any property and click Edit
4. In the Recommendation field, add your analysis emphasising features most relevant to your client's property
5. Click Apply to save

The comments you add will appear directly on the comparable property cards in your final CMA.

Alternative method: Use listing descriptions

To save time, copy the original listing description and add your own analysis:

1. Click Edit on any comparable property
2. Click the Listing Description tab at the top of the popup to view the original listing text
3. Copy relevant portions of the description
4. Switch to the Edit Details tab
5. Paste into the Recommendation field and add your analysis or context
6. Click Apply to save

What happens if I write very long comments? The CMA automatically adjusts page layouts to fit your text. Comparables with lengthy comments will move to additional pages to prevent text from being cut off.

Can I edit comments after adding them? Yes. Hover over any property in the Nearby Sales or Nearby Listings pages, click Edit, modify the Recommendation field, and click Apply.

Do I need to use AI commentary? No. AI commentary is completely optional. Many agents prefer writing their own comments to maintain their unique voice and expertise.
