How to access your CMA Profile
There are two ways to access your CMA Profile:
Method 1: Via CMA Centre
- Open your CMA Centre by clicking the waffle menu and selecting CMA, or click the CMA button above the address search on the homepage
- Click the person icon at the top right corner of the screen
Method 2: Via CMA Studio
- Open any CMA and navigate to the CMA Studio (the final page where you customise your CMA)
- Find My Details in the left navigation panel
- Click View Full Profile to open the profile editor
Both methods open the same comprehensive profile editor where you can manage all your professional information.
How to create your first CMA Profile
- Access your CMA Profile using either method above
- Click Select Profile at the top left
- Click + New Profile to start creating your profile
- Work through each section in the left sidebar to build your complete profile
- Click Create Profile at the bottom right to save
The profile editor has six sections accessible from the left sidebar. Work through each section to build your complete profile.
Profile sections explained
My Details
Your personal information and professional brand.
| Profile Photo | Upload a professional headshot by clicking Change Image. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF (Max 2MB). |
| Display Name | Your full name as it appears on CMAs. |
| Nickname | A shorter or preferred version of your name for client-facing documents. |
| Personal Slogan | Your professional tagline or motto. |
| Company Role | Your job title, such as Real Estate Agent, Senior Agent, or Property Consultant. |
| Personal Description | A brief bio about yourself, your experience, or your approach to real estate. |
| Testimonials | Add up to two client testimonials. Each testimonial includes testimonial text, client name, and date. |
| Large Photo | Upload a larger square photo for full-page layouts. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF (Max 2MB). |
Contact
Your contact information and social media links.
| Your professional email address. | |
| Mobile Phone | Your mobile contact number. |
| Office Phone | Your office landline number. |
| Website | Your personal or agency website URL. |
| Address | Your office or business address. |
| Social Media | Add your usernames for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. |
Agency
Your agency's branding and contact details.
| Agency Logo | Upload your agency logo by clicking the image icon. |
| Agency Name | Your agency or company name. |
| Agency Phone | Your agency's main contact number. |
| Agency Address | Enter the street address, suburb, and city for your agency office. |
Team
| Team Photo | Upload a team photo to showcase collaborative sales or office teams. Click Add Photo to upload an image of your team. |
Partners
Add up to two partners for collaborative CMAs.
| Select Partner | Choose Second Partner or Third Partner from the dropdown. |
| Partner Photo | Upload a professional photo for each partner. |
| Full Name | Partner's complete name. |
| Nickname | Partner's preferred name. |
| Contact Details | Phone and email for the partner. |
| Social Media | Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn usernames. |
| Personal Slogan | Partner's professional tagline. |
| Company Role | Partner's job title. |
| Personal Description | Brief bio for the partner. |
| Testimonials | Add up to two testimonials for each partner. Include testimonial text, client name, and date. |
| Large Photo | Upload a larger square photo for full-page partner layouts. |
Profile Settings
| Internal Profile Name | Create a reference name for this profile. This name helps you identify different profiles but never appears in your CMAs. Leave blank to automatically use your Display Name as the profile name. |
How to apply your profile to CMAs
Once you've created your profile, apply it to any CMA:
- Open your CMA to access the CMA Studio
- Find My Details in the left navigation panel
- Click Select Profile to open the dropdown menu
- Select your saved profile
- Your information automatically populates throughout the CMA
Managing multiple profiles
Create separate profiles for different business contexts, team configurations, or brands. Each profile you create appears in the Select Profile dropdown.
To create additional profiles:
- Access your CMA Profile through the CMA Centre or via My Details in CMA Studio
- Click Select Profile at the top left
- Click + New Profile
- Fill in the details for your new profile
- Click Create Profile to save
To edit an existing profile:
- Access your CMA Profile through the CMA Centre or via My Details in CMA Studio
- Click Select Profile and choose the profile you want to edit
- Make your changes across any sections
- Click Save Changes to update the profile
To delete a profile:
- Access your CMA Profile through the CMA Centre or via My Details in CMA Studio
- Click Select Profile and choose the profile you want to delete
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete this profile
How to create your CMA Profile in CMA Studio
This method only works if you haven't already set up a profile via the CMA Centre. If you've previously created a profile, you'll need to edit it through the CMA Centre instead.
- Open any CMA to get to CMA Studio
- Find My Details in the left navigation panel
- Fill in your professional information in the fields provided
- Click Save as New Template to save your CMA
Your details are now saved and will appear in future CMAs when you select this profile.
Using dynamic fields with your profile
Once your CMA Profile is set up, you can pull any profile information into text boxes throughout your CMAs using dynamic fields. This saves time by automatically inserting your contact details, agency information, and professional details wherever needed.

FAQs
Can I edit my profile after creating it?
Yes, you can edit your saved profile at any time. Access your CMA Profile through the CMA Centre, select your profile from the dropdown, make your changes, and click Save Changes.
Do I need to create a new profile for each CMA?
No, once you create a profile, you can apply it to unlimited CMAs. The profile feature saves time by storing your information for reuse across all your market appraisals.
Can I delete a profile?
Yes, you can delete profiles you no longer need. Access your CMA Profile through the CMA Centre, select the profile you want to remove, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete this profile.
What if I've already created a profile in the CMA Centre?
If you've previously set up your profile through the CMA Centre, you cannot create a new profile using the CMA Studio method. All profile updates must be made through the CMA Centre by clicking the person icon at the top right.
Can I create multiple profiles?
Yes, you can create and manage multiple profiles by clicking the person icon at the top right of the CMA Centre. This is useful for agents working across different brands, team configurations, or property types.
How do I add my profile information to text boxes in my CMA?
Use dynamic fields to automatically insert profile information into text boxes. Type the @ symbol in any text box, then select the field you want from the dropdown menu. See Adding Text to CMA & Appraisals for complete instructions.
What's the difference between Display Name and Nickname?
Display Name is your full professional name as it appears formally on CMAs. Nickname is a shorter or preferred version for more casual client communications within your appraisals.
Can I add more than two partners?
The profile supports up to two additional partners (Second Partner and Third Partner). If you need to showcase larger teams, use the Team photo field or contact your account manager about custom template options.
