How to export comparable properties from CMA
- Start your CMA and search for comparable properties
- Apply filters to find relevant sales or listings
- Click Export at the top right of the property list to download a CSV file with the property details
What's included in the export
The CSV file includes:
- Property details: Address, suburb, city
- Title information: Title type (freehold, cross lease, etc.)
- Valuation data: Council valuation, improvement value, land value
- Sale information: Sale method (deadline, auction), listing date
- Property features: Bedrooms, bathrooms, land area, build year

FAQs
What's the maximum number of properties I can export from CMA? There's no specified limit for CMA exports, but for bulk exports beyond your search results, use Relab Premium which allows up to 800 properties per export.
Can I export property owner names? Due to privacy regulations, owner names cannot be included in bulk exports. To view ownership information, you need to search individual properties.
