How to share your CMA with a link

1. Open your CMA in the CMA Studio and click the Share button at the top of the screen
2. Click Create New in the popup window
3. Enter your client's name and email address (phone number is optional)
4. Click Create Share to generate the link
5. Click the Copy button next to the newly created share link
6. Send the link to your client via text, email, or any messaging app

The shareable link works on any device and is perfect for clients who view reports on mobile or have trouble downloading large email attachments.

How to download the CMA as a PDF

1. Open your CMA in the CMA Studio
2. Click Download CMA at the top of the screen
3. The PDF saves automatically to your downloads folder

Managing your share links

Click the Share button in any CMA to view all previously created links in the Existing Shares list. Copy any link to send it again.

FAQs

My CMA file is too large to email. How can I reduce the file size? Most CMAs should be around 6MB or less. Large files happen when high-resolution images are uploaded to the template. Use a free online PDF compressor to reduce the file size without replacing your images.

Can I create multiple share links for the same CMA? Yes, create as many links as you need. Each link appears in the Existing Shares list where you can copy it anytime.

Do share links expire? No, share links remain active indefinitely so clients can access the CMA anytime.

How do I find a share link I created previously? Click the Share button at the top of your CMA Studio. All your share links appear in the Existing Shares list with a Copy button next to each one.
