Finding and Selecting Comparables

Relab gives you more ways to filter than any other CMA tool, helping you find the right comparables faster.

How to select comparables for your CMA

When you start a CMA, the Select Comparables popup automatically appears.

Step 1: Choose sales or listings

Click SOLD or FOR SALE at the top to switch between comparable sales and current listings. The number in brackets shows how many properties you've selected.

Step 2: Apply filters

Click Expand next to Filters to view all options. Apply filters to narrow your search. Applied filters appear as tags at the top - click X to remove them.

Step 3: Adjust search radius

Use the map slider on the right to change your search area (100m to 10km). When zoomed out, numbered circles show property clusters. Zoom in to see individual properties.

Step 4: Select properties

Three ways to select:

  • Click the checkbox on property cards
  • Click properties directly on the map
  • Check Show Selected to view only selected properties

Step 5: Continue

Click SKIP COMMENT AND CONTINUE at the bottom right to proceed to CMA Studio.

FAQs

Can I filter bona fide vs non-bona fide sales?

All sold results are bona-fide sales by default. To include a non-bona fide sale, add it manually using Add Missing Sale.

How do I search a wider area for comparables?

Change Property Category to Rural & Lifestyle to extend the search radius to 50km. You can create multiple overlapping search areas if needed. Note: Comparables are limited to 250 properties per category (sold and for sale).

Do my filters reset when I switch between SOLD and FOR SALE tabs?

No, your filters stay applied when you switch between tabs.
